The Kyle Allen win stretch was probably the last truly wholesome football fun of Panthers football. One game of Cam was cool but it was basically a publicity stunt from Tepper, and the Wilks run was cool until he didn't get the HC job for real. It all keeps coming back to one shitty owner at this point for me. Wait what did Icege say about people blaming Bryce with the O-line and WR Separation last year? They blocked and got open the first two games this year....Bryce did nothing with it, all the sudden with Dalton the same crew can put up 30 points a game lol. Dalton threw for 350 against Seattle last year with the same offense Bryce had. I'm glad they didn't sit him early in his career though because it would have just set us back another year waiting on him to learn and improve. Canales has seen all he needs to see. If BY wants another shot starting anywhere he officially has to compete for it and I just dunno if he has the desire, and even if he had that I don't think he's confident in his physical ability to play in the league.

We really haven't seen him with a young QB besides Bryce, especially one he's drafted. Lock never saw the field in 22, Trask never saw the field in 23. I'm still scratching my head over the afterthought udfa pickup of Plummer, not sure if that was a Canales/Morgan collaboration or if Morgan just got whatever rookie bum they could sign after the draft.

That whole Chiefs situation from Swift to Butker and Mahomes wife is just a log jam of too much something or other. I dunno exactly what but they got too much of it over there lol. Now that is a team that should stick to sports!

Canales is supposed to be the QB whisperer, everyone he's coached except Bryce has stepped their game up. What could Dalton teach BY when Reich had him on the bench from the beginning of last camp? He can't teach him how to step up in the pocket or to throw a better deep ball if he's physically unable too. Let Canales get someone with the traits he's looking for to coach up and let Dalton show the next rookie how a vet NFL QB carries himself, studies, treats his teammates, all that stuff.
