    Season been ended 3 months ago and offseason programs are just beginning. He could get bigger or smaller between now and whenever but I realize this has nothing to do legitimate discussion

    According to everything I'm reading final draft boards are put together as player meetings and medical re-evaluations wrap up in April. They create preliminary positional boards in December.

    I think scouting was his strength but scouting and being a gm are different. A scout looks at every player individually but doesn't have to make comparative decisions or construct roster.

    I believe the Tepper pulling every string is extremely exaggerated and Fitterer was just that bad. Tepper was certainly wanting to be aggressive in finding a QB but Fitterer and Rhule were just bad. I'm not going to blame Tepper for the specific personal decisions beyond his hires. I had hope for Fitterer until I didnt.

    I'm not saying he's not good but his production is nowhere near the hype. You would think he has done much more but its almost all based on his agility and potential. His nfl prospect profile acknowledges it at least.

    Our stadium isn't publically owned. Theirs is. So a bit more fair for them to invest in a revenue stream. We definitely shouldn't because Tepper owns the stadium and gets all the revenues
