Canes got a nice bounce back win vs the aves where we dominated a lot of the game but 1 bad goal by Koochie and still horrendous turnovers are killing us. We have to get that cleaned up. The islanders aren’t a good team this year. Get the first couple goals and lean all over them. LFG CANES!!

2 things. First, relax my dude. I was only busting yalls balls. Second, this was what I was looking for with Burns. I counted 4 last night that lead to either a goal or a break away 1-1. Luckily, Koochie stopped 2 of them. My observation is that he is wearing down faster like he did in the playoffs last year, only now it’s much much sooner. I’m hoping he can regain his form from the great start he had to the year.

Does anyone have the plus minus from last night. I wanna see Burns stats. Minus that assist I’ve never seen him play that bad.

Also, I know @Anybodyhomeand TLT aren’t fans of our boy but Kooch had one bad goal. Just one. He stopped 3 breakaways and played well.

Yep just watched the highlights of the game. Burns was historically bad. This may have been Burns worst game as a cane. Good grief he was beat 4 times out of position for a breakaway goal from the Aves. We need Nikishin badly.

Just got home from the game. Couldn’t be more happy we won. We look dominant at times but our mistakes on defense creep up on us way too much. Brent Burns is getting close to being washed. His defense is not good and it’s been showing for the last seven games. Last year it showed up in the playoffs this year. It’s already shown up 30% through the season. He’s just not a defender anymore. Koochie gave up his one bad goal, but I thought played pretty well other than that.

Scott Wedgwood in goal for the Aves tonight. We have owned this guy over the years with devils and I think Buffalo before. He gets beat high.

Well boys, we knew a slump would happen. We also didn’t know Rod would nuke the lines like he has. Let’s get back on the horse and pull hard for the team. Tonight, take a win however we can get it. Kind of reminds me of a point last where we had a hot Vegas team coming into town and took it to them. Let’s do that! LFG CANES!

We are in trouble….

Not a good team. Rod has royally fuged us with his lines. Nothing is going well. Was this this team all along that we thought? only bright spot is necas.

Watched them live. No they weren’t bad turnovers bad goalie play. We beat ourselves again.

Bad team right now boys. Rods lines, bad goalie play. Not good. Seattle wasn’t even good.

Here is the problem guys. Rod has our lines so jumbled up they have zero chemistry. None. Earlier in the year, lines played with eachother for games and occasionally changed, But went back to the original lines. Rod is too quick to look for a spark. Go bask to the OG lines and this team will kick ass.

Here live. That goal wasn’t on Kooch. A horrendous turnover in the ozone ….again… and Chatty Orlov got beat. Necas is playing all world. That pass to set up Robinsons goal was awesome. Aho wasn’t ready for a tap in pass from Necas. canes are slowly taking over. Kraken are playing back like the islanders of old with defense but don’t have the players to do it. They are wearing down. should be a good 2nd for us.

The same issue is starting to creep in hard on the canes. Lazy, poor, horrible turnovers that lead to easy goals for the other team. The other being the goalie situation. Cup teams don’t make it having to use their 3rd string emergency goalie. Good news is Koochie is back. Bad news is Martin is our backup and Freddie is gone for 3 months. Let’s get back in win column tonight. LFG CANES!
