I wonder if he'll even let Scott Fowler in the press room lol

Yeah I can see some liberties being taken with Brown and Campbell changing a few things up, but it's going to be from the same construct. And the personnel is just super limiting.

Take away Steichen and it was honestly just a bad group of candidates with B Johnson and Ryan not materializing as interviews. Mike Kafka - Big yikes year in NYC Kellen Moore - He's gonna be gone with Staley once fired. Messy season in LA. Ken Dorsey - Fired Week 10 Ejiro Evero - Hired as our DC Jim Caldwell - Hired as a consultant Frank Reich - Hired, Fired Week 11 Probably missing someone but you get the picture. -

It depends on how keyed in he is with certain league circles. But it's all that's left to wish for at a higher level. You're not getting a new owner so it's just a lost cause from my view complaining about Tepper. I'm hoping he finally finds something that hits. If you don't, then might as well find a new squad honestly. -

I'm suggesting that they find someone to do such. -

At the end of the day, no one likes losing. He's going to try the next thing out. The blind Tepper hate misses that baseline fact. So far: -He retained the successful, but up & down coach in Ron for an extra year -Hired a trendy college coach in Rhule and gave him 2 1/2 -Hired an NFL lifer and got him to assemble an "all-star staff" Different strategies each time. You got to think he's ready to just find someone to really help get this right. He needs the right people listening to candidates and helping create an informed decision for growing something from the ground up. Top down. -
Tack on the Colts to the Rams and Texans. Colts and Texans were both viewed in the same tier as us, honestly, probably lower, and they bumped up with the right management and coaching situations. They accrued legit talent (Richardson, Brents, Downs in IND | Stroud, Anderson, Dell, Hutchinson in HOU) This was a disaster. Reich getting out the remaining 7 games does help IMO. It eliminates a chef and allows for a bit more sharpening of an approach. Less mess to help show what we've got in the crap that appears to be an offense. But more importantly, truth in that Fitterer needs to go. We've netted zero true impact players under his drafting and FA work. He did okay with a few safeties in FA, and that's really it in what I would say is 2.5 true years without Rhule overrides.

The way Fitt and Tepper seem pretty on level in the booth tells me he could be staying unfortunately.

That will never happen. Better just hope he finally makes a good move somehow. To clarify -- that vid can also be Reich escaping the death star blowing up that is the Panthers org lol -
Well going 1-10 in 11 games with a #1 overall pick, and top-10 1st rounders for the past 4 years will also do it. The Tepper being impatient thing isn't as bad as it's let on. He gave Rivera more time than most wanted (an extra year), gave Rhule more time than most wanted (2.5). He's just not making the RIGHT moves. This was an unmitigated disaster that you abort mission on. Now will a Ben Johnson want to come here? Probably not.

When an org has consistent leaks like we've had over the years, more sources become legitimate. It's not just the JLCs and Glazers anymore

Confirmed. Well there it is folks -
He'll be a one and done so he's ready to just look out for himself at this point. Crazy because he looked great for the Lions down the stretch last year. Just shows how bad coaching has been and how poorly this team has been built. Nothing works well together. Literally nothing. nothing.

24-61 since the Steelers/Cam nightmare. 28% win rate. 10 different starting QBs: Kyle Allen, Taylor Heinicke, Will Grier, Teddy Bridgewater, PJ Walker, Finished-Cam, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, Bryce Young, & Andy Dalton Like, you have to try to be this bad. Even the other terrible franchises have found some studs in the making. We have whiffed on virtually every QB move, every draft pick, & every coaching decision.
-
They both deserve to go and should. Reich is just more likely at this point in the season if Tepper wants to make noise/or test something else out before the year wraps. Fitterer and the scouting dept. have shown very little in their ability to target the right guys, and it's not like Tepper is there dictating everything in R2 and beyond. Pretty much zilch in the 2nd round and beyond. We whiffed with so many good offensive skill position guys killing it this year as rookies the past two seasons. We finally took an LT one year too late who now looks awful. And the only 1st rounder in this new era that seems to safely avoided bust status is the guy Rhule drafted when he had full control (D Brown). A full tear down is needed, reset, new GM and coach brought in together, then check out Bryce in 2024 with a newly assembled staff and offense. If he's still crap, then yeah, we're probably talking QB in 2025.
-
Hey, who knows. Maybe he falls into a good decision at some point lol.
-
I'd imagine it could be to see what Evero is capable of. There's no point in keeping him around. The playcalling is atrocious. Might as well see what else you have without the Reich umbrella.

When does it happen? Tomorrow?

Seventy five percent of the games suck this season

No joke, it's like they don't want to score. It's just awful, awful football. -
Something's gotta give this week.

I could see us taking Michael Pratt in the 4th if we want to try for a backup w/potential route. Maybe Cameron Ward. Honestly, we are somehow in the spot to take any position, anywhere, at any point. I don't remember us ever being in that position before. Given contracts, safety may be the only one out of the cards but legit every position could use an upgrade otherwise. WRs, RBs, QBs, OL, an EDGE opposite Burns (with him uncertain), better suited DLs alongside Brown, An upgrade next to Luvu at ILB, CBs
