A good HC do not make bad personnel decisions which your HC does on hiring friends on his staff over experience. That's what happened in Arizona and was fired after one season. Reich doesn't do that, he wants the best possible staff available. He also doesn't have any playmakers. We're you the one also blaming him for the play calling when they were NOT the reason for the loses. His time management could be better but all you do is look at results instead of circumstances.

Drafting was NOT a mistake, every team would have taken Bryce with the top pick including the Texans which they even admitted. Including DJ to trade up is unacceptable which i have even stated when the trade was done. Trading away CMC for a 2nd round and some low picks is MUCH worse. I think we gave up more for a known bust in Sam D (3 seasons on the Jets) when most teams wouldn't offer more than a 4th round for him.

One too receiver like that makes their 2nd and slot receiver better cause their secondary are concentration on Nico like the previous week before. Yes Thielen has great hands but no breakaway speed to spread the defense. Not like DJ nor CMC. 49ers haven't lost a single game when CMC started which we gave him away considering his value. Tepper NEEDS to fire Fitt pronto cause he was the one who included DJ in that trade who is making Fields look legit now that he finally decides to pass to him. NO ONE trades the team best playmaker just to move up.
