It seemed pretty clear to me after seeing them here, and closing out the season, that Seattle could win behind that defense. Made me wish I still gambled, I would have collected some money. The only way NE wins that game is if Sam hands it to them.

Blame the victim is one of the leading legal strategies of our current time. They don’t care if what they say is not true or reasonable or anything. edit: I guess we’ll see what they have to say. Trying to shift blame off him and onto anyone else, is about all they have. High likelihood they come up with some angle making him a victim. Maybe they still lose… I don’t think expecting the low road is unreasonable any more.

I can deal with it for the right cost, it would need to be a handful of slots. 2-3 slots and that’s from where we are now. Or lower. Cost wise trading from 33-32 wasn’t that bad. Going up to take Brooks wasn’t that bad. Cost wise. Not talking about the players involved just cost of doing the deal. You have to be right, whatever the cost or it is a fail.

My two rules, that really piss me off if broken are trading future 1st round picks, and hiring a college coach with no NFL track record. I mean, I would be comfortable skipping the ones with a good NFL track record but a couple have done well, so… And that is what Tepper did that cost us many seasons.

From a real zoomed out perspective we could maybe have a great draft and sign a high profile FA and all the stuff we have seen Morgan do but the Icky thing is a major monkey wrench. if Bryce plays like he did vs LA Rams Wild Card and a couple of his other top games, and we get a great draft and FA, maybe we get to 9-10 wins. It’s all drama. The straight chicks vs the lesbian chicks, the blacks vs the white. That’s the cake, iced with typically insane female jealousy. Pick your flavor. The poo they do to Caitlin Clark, out of jealously, is allowed. The whole thing is out of order. I am not a fan of Caitlin Clark or any of them and try to avoid it but you can’t help coming across that stuff if you scour the internet daily. Curiosity got me a few times. Now as far as looks, give me that tall blonde one that’s been in the news. Forget her name, never watched her play but I would not hold sucking at basketball against her.

I hear you. Andy threw to him and it went well. Bryce doesn’t put the ball in the best places, and we have not seen XL used like we, or I at least, expected to see him used. Part of his complaints. It is valid to a degree. My thing about that is shut up about that XL people don’t want to hear that from you they want to hear I need to be better, I don’t think it will work here because at this point I don’t see his QB doing him any better than he did Renfro. Just don’t have any connection. And of course Bryce is the golden child who will stay in the fold when there is some incompatibility with a teammate and XL had a fair shot and couldn’t take advantage of it. A lot of it is on him.

We’ll see. I don’t know the Miami area but Florida is leaning law and order unlike some other places in this country. His attorneys will try to politicize it, to blame the victim, they’ll use all the go to defense tactics they do these days. I lost most of the respect I had for Fox in 2010. He should have resigned if he hated the job that much. Instead he stuck for his paycheck and let stuff go to hell. I burned out on Ron too but my deal breaker issue with him was away from football and after he was gone from the Panthers. He may have been out of his depth but never quit on us.

From where they were one year ago to now, pretty incredible. I mean, say what you want about Vrabel he is no Jerrod Mayo.
