I'm not one to judge when I don't know. To me, until someone comes up with the play by play of each move Fitterer made I am going to withhold attaching his (Morgan's) judgement to Fitterer's decisions. Absent 100% confirmation that Morgan had the same evaluations, we only can even assume he agreed. Because the boss made the decision. We don't know if the agreement was enthusiastic, reluctant, whatever. I am judging him on what he has done as GM. Still has a lot left to do before I would speak a judgement type of opinion on the quality of his work. Grade = Incomplete.
