Matt Rhule couldn't get the Pro Bowl roster to 12-5.

This is the Rhule process. Sign afterthought vet QBs because no one else will I've you the time of day then after they predictably flop throw them under the bus, rinse, and repeat. It'll keep going for as long as Tepper allows it.

This guy is a joke. I can't ever recall him taking any accountability for anything. It's always someone else's fault. Yeah, he has final say on paper, but trust him. It's still not his fault. I have no idea how Tepper can sit back and watch this and still think he has the right man leading this organization.

I don't let Tepper off the hook and put all the blame on Hurney. Tepper bought in fully too. I honestly think he still believes... or at least can't believe that he got this so terribly wrong. Either way, the end result is another year of Rhule.

Of all the QB prospects this year, Strong and Pickett are the two who would struggle the worst for the Panthers. Not that I think we're a good fit for any rookie to have early success, but I think those two in particular would look like "worse than Darnold" bad.

It's the single trait most often associated with overdrafting a QB. Its the QB equivalent to a WR 40 time. A rocket arm is an awesome thing to have but it won't make up for a lack of everything else. For a Drew Bledsoe type to work in the modern NFL you're going to have to put him behind a stout OL and he's going to have to have a great football mind. John Elway would love Strong and that's a pretty big red flag.

Sure it has. Analytics and athletic evaluations caused him to pass on an All-Pro rookie LT because his arms were an inch too short and try like hell not to play our own rookie OL at LT for the same reason despite him clearly being the best option available.

He wanted an NFL gig on his terms where he called all the football shots on the organization. Tepper was the only person dumb enough to even consider it. And he gave him a record setting contract to boot.

I want to see him, Willis, and Zappe at the Senior Bowl. See them against better competition with a better supporting cast.

It always baffled me that he got an NFL HC offer when he did. It wasn't like he had great success in college. He's fared better than I expected at the NFL level. Given the insane pay given out at the college level recently, the guy might get himself a substantial raise if the Cardinals fired him.

Understandable considering David Carr and Teddy. His hand size is going to be overblown during the whole pre-draft process but it's still a concern.

Dave, you bought a mediocre franchise that never achieved consistent success but did have sporadic success. You promised that you wouldn't settle for mediocrity. Well, you haven't. Your best "success" as an owner came in your first season before you began putting your stamp on the football side of the organization. Since then, it's just gotten worse and worse. There's no way the Steelers are dumb enough to trade for Kirk Cousins. The Broncos? Maybe. The Panthers? Definitely. Imagine getting suckered into terrible QB trades in back to back offseasons by the NY Jets and the Detroit Lions. I mean if we're in a race to establish ourselves as hands down the worst organization in the NFL, that's how you'd do it

Good for her. I wish her and her family well. She did a great job but it couldn't have been a fun job in recent years.

I hate to tell y'all, but simply fixing the OL is not going to fix our current mess. We have the worst QB situation and worst coaching situation in the league. An OL ain't fixing that.

I don't get the talk of Pickett's processing speed. When he has to go past his first read he seems slow to me. That's concerning for a fifth year college player.

It's not just Murray. This entire team is out of sorts. There's just nothing going right for them. Everything looks off. This team wasn't ready to play tonight.
