There were numerous Texans players openly crying. It definitely didn't have a "normal injury" feel to it. I don't fault someone for caring about their teammate and friend.
-
All this recency bias is insane. Y'all, we all watched TCU get massacred 65-7 in the title game less than two years ago.
-
Just got home and turned the game on and Texans players are literally openly crying. This looks like a really bad one.
-
Not sure of your point. Playoff blowouts are blowouts. There's been plenty of them. This isn't a new phenomenon.
-
And these very well could be too.
-
No dog in this fight but SMU didn't run cover for a child molester for years so that seems like an easy choice.
-
Bof. I choose bof.

You have a free farm league and you thank them by counter programming their playoffs with two banger ass games. LOL
-
It's wild watching the media go crazy in the aftermath acting like we watched some great tragedy last night and Indiana/ND was the most lopsided game in college playoff history. It was literally two years ago when UGA beat the fug out out TCU 65-7 in the national championship game.

I get it but unlike say route running for a receiver, I think ball carrier vision is basically a pure natural talent. You either have it or you don't. I just don't think he has it. When he gets to the NFL where the whole defense on the other side is also freak athletes I just don't think he'll be effective.

Unpopular hot take coming, but I don't see it with Jeremiyah Love. I see an elite athlete playing football, I don't see an elite football player. He just doesn't have the natural vision as a runner and feel for the game. His two highlights tonight were a 98 yard blown gap assignment TD and a dumb hurdle where he was still tackled for a significant loss. Aside from the 98 yarder he had 7 carries for 10 yards against a defense that couldn't tackle poo.
-
Miami's defense was almost UNC level terrible. That was their issue.
-
Rourke showed NFL talent evaluators tonight that they can just cross him off the list.
-
I'm honestly fine with that penalty. That was a pretty dirty tackle well out of bounds. Refs should pick it up and just keep it moving.
-
I think they've been overall pretty conservative with offensive play calling too because they basically saw pretty early on that the only way they were losing this game is if they beat themselves.
-
Well, all that effort to not get blown out is gonna be for naught. ND didn't respect the throwing of the towel.
-
It's true. Watching this film is going to be infuriating for IU coaches. Virtually all of ND's yardage is after initial contact. They just don't have the athletes to tackle ND's athletes.
-
The announcers can't grasp that Indiana is just trying to keep the final score as respectable as possible. They didn't want to get absolutely wood shedded on national primetime television. They're already onto the future.
-
Indiana is a top 40ish type team that is just really well coached and played a really soft schedule. The two times they faced top 10 teams they flat out didn't compete.
-
Beck's backup looked better than Beck.
-
Indiana not going for that 4th down is pretty much waing the white flag and admitting they're just trying not to get embarrassingly blown out.
-
Rourke is garbage. There's no sugar coating it
-
Honestly IU has been all over it they just don't have the athletes to finish the plays. Guys have been in position to make plays all night and they just can't make the tackles.
-
Ouch. And IU keeps ND from blowing it calling a timeout before they fail on a fake FG.
-
Wow. That's just fuging moronic.
