If UGA was running the ball more I think they'd be up even bigger. Carson Beck has been the Longhorns' best player by miles.

This is straight up trash QB play on both sides of the ball. Arch needs to be warming up.

I get the route. A quick slant on 3rd and 8 underneath deeper routes? Sure. You just have to be looking in front of the receiver before you throw the ball. Does he have a legit chance? Am I throwing him into a decapitator? In that situation, the answer to the first was "no" and the answer to the second was "yes". Still, as the receiver you can't just pull up and let that ball go whistling through. Easily could've been picked.

What was that throw? Total hospital ball that wasn't gonna have a prayer of getting to the sticks. Receiver made a quality of life decision. LOL

They need to go to Arch.

At least the flag was on a penalty that had a direct impact on the play. Sucks when big plays get called back for penalties away from the ball that had no real impact.

Our opponents don't do much punting.

It would be the perfect opportunity for a "soft benching" to see if Manning could give you a spark.

I don't like that flag. That's good coverage IMO. DB was in good position, looking back for the ball, and the receiver tries to come back through him to get to the ball causing the contact. Underthrowing deep balls and having your WR just maul the DB in an effort to get to the ball is going to become a strategy at some point.

They so desperately want to make Carson Beck a star and I just don't see it. He has all the tools on paper but the whole is significantly short of the sum of the parts.

His play has really dropped off recently. He was playing a lot better than this early in the season. Not sure what's up but he's not playing well recently that's for sure.

QB was struggling on the first half and receivers have been struggling in the second half.
