They haven't. They've relied for years on vets taking discounts to come play with Brady and Belichick to try to win championships. Not sure any vets are gonna be begging to come to NE on a discount these days.

He's nowhere close to being fired if that's what you're implying. And after Brady won a ring in TB without him I think he desperately wants to prove he can do it without Brady. I don't think he's going anywhere anytime soon.

A Bears' TD here pretty much puts this one on ice. Even a FG makes it a long shot for the Pats. Hell, it's probably already a long shot.

Pretty easy call. The Pats' offense looked like our offense this year under Rhule when they had Jones out there.

Yeah, that was such a bad take. Cam initially injured his shoulder on a tackle after an INT when KB quit on a route. His shoulder got finished off by a hit in the pocket.

When you keep spending huge resources on QBs and they all suck, it might not be all the QBs' fault.

OMG... that was straight up Sam Darnold-esque. Surely we'll see Zappe on their next drive. Mac Jones is fuging TRASH.

Combine that with an average arm at best and yeah. I have no idea why they drafted him in the 1st round. I thought he was a 3rd round type prospect. He seemed like a guy that projected as a high end career backup IMO.

They're chanting for Zappe simply because he's played a lot better than Jones has this season. He has 4 TDs vs. 1 INT and they're 2-1 with him. Jones has 2 TDs vs. 5 INTs and they're 1-2 with him. They're averaging 30.3ppg with Zappe and 16.7ppg with Jones.
