    Well that didn't end like I expected. Actually it did but I was hoping to be wrong.

    The coach will live a die by the coordinators he chooses. Whoever the next HC candidate is for the job better have great answers to that question. As many have pointed out being a good coordinator does not equate to a great head coach. A great motivator is only part of the job.
