    Not sure how to feel about this move to be honest. Looks to be a PR stunt more than anything. But I hope Cam balls out when he gets behind center because I don't want to think about the alternative. At least I will get to see him out there with the good guys again. May God have mercy on his soul.

    Was is the key word. Currently Cam Newton is not as qood a qb as Teddy. It not even a discussion. I love Cam Newton but I'm not blind enough to know he shouldn't be playing anymore.

    Physically? Now I know you are a homer if that's all you have. He is not near as good a passer now and that's what you need a "QB" for. If you are just going to trot him out there to run the option with the defense knowing he can't pass then you are doing a disservice. You can you PJ for that. It just fans getting giddy because Cam is back. Doesn't matter if we win another game.

    You can play what if all you want but it doesn't make it fact. If any of that were still true Cam would have be on a roster somewhere.

    He currently is not as good a Teddy Bridgewater, if he can even manage that level of play. Don't get your hopes up.

    The opportunity for that passed when he injured his shoulder. He is no longer a threat in the passing game. Fans need to accept that.

    That's fans wishful thinking. This is a move to quiet angry fans and nothing more. It will not change the trajectory of the season. We will be back to complaining about Cam being cut at the end of the season.

    I don't want to have fun at the expense of watching Cam get abused on the field. I would rather not watch him damage his legacy further by throwing bad passes everywhere because he doesn't have it anymore. Im not a selfish fan. That's not the last memory of him I want to see personally.

    It will only be entertaining until his first ugly pass or sack. Then it will be back to blaming the team for not protecting him. It will be no different than what we've watched so far. But at least this board will get its wet dream only to watch it get pounded into retirement.
