  1. The ladies would love to see Luke, Greg and Pep in a room. That part of the fanbase would be a lock.
  2. Really if I were Tepper I'd offer Ron Rivera disciple The Great Luke Kuechly the job of HC. THAT would revitalize and be revolutionary in a way. He had great coaches. One being Rivera who he could lean on, and others. Coach Keek has a ring to it and nobody loves the Panthers more. He's a high IQ grinder. Greg Olsen as OC? That's a calculated risk I'd take especially now. The media would love them. AND they're Panthers.
  3. He can buy land on the other side of town in Charlotte put practice fields and shops with hotel and prosper.
  4. Teppers net worth went up so much he can say f' you to Rhule AND Rock Hill and not miss it. So watcha waiting on? Harbaugh would love this challenge and no player from that point forward could be bitcharsed.
  5. Carson said in an interview he always thought he'd have to earn his way to being a starter. He said he started out fifth on the depth chart. He worked and studied his ass off Payton Manning style to BECOME number 1. Nothing was handed to him. He had to play for it. Same kind of story for my guy last year Kyle Trask. Carson played hurt all season and put up his best numbers ever. DIDN'T MISS A GAME. High IQ grinder. Fighter. That's a QB1. That's why a guy like that, if I like him I'm taking him and handing him the ball. Strong #1 jersey would be tiiiiiiight! Strong one. Get it? Strong 2022!
  6. So what do you think? Is he a put it up for sale for a profit guy. Or a slash and burner?
  7. What is CMC fo? Some of the people in the media and a couple posters here who like me KNOW Strong is a first round talent in this weak ars QB class know what a QB QBing looks like. Not hoping an athlete finally becomes a good enough pocket passer to win football games. He's ready made Payton Manning reading and calling plays from the line. Pick It? C'mon. He's not the QB Carson is. AND Carson ain't smol, if you know what I mean. Lol. Pickett? Strong is NFL draft ready as a junior, it didn't take HIM five years. Lol.
  8. He may be talking more about Tepper than the team though. So for now I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
  9. See! We care more than he does about this sht. Kuechly for HC 2023! I'd rather ride or die with Luke than this bull. I bet you players would play their heart out for the great Luke Kuechly. F' this guy, if he said that. Loser, if he said that.
  10. Cool, stats are what lead me to his tape and I've been watching his tape since. His best quality along with his arm is his IQ. That autonomy he has is more impressive than any stat. His coach trusts him basically with his job and reputation. That deep ball is worth it alone, being able to line up NFL fast WR and rip it downfield. Also prototypical QB size, I prefer my QBs to be 6'3" or better. The completions are just icing on the cake. There's more to love than stats, but data is data.
  11. Elite arm talent. 70% completion percentage, 348yrds per. THATS elite, not running around like a chicken.
  12. I don't like any of these QBs at #6 either, really. My point was taking a guy like Strong who IMO was waaaaaay better a lot sooner than Pick It and a better QB at QBing than Willis is a better reach at #6 because his style of play (pocket passer/down field accuracy) along with his high IQ and the fact his coaches let him read defenses and call plays himself at the line that he is more ready to play right away at the NFL level.
  13. Coaches want you at 65% or better. He's below that. The competition gets better in the NFL not worse. I'll take a college guy with 70% and if that drops a little in the NFL he's still a good QB. Willis if his drops from around 64% to something below that.....not good.
  14. Remember Kiper said he would quit if Jimmy Clausen was a bust? Still waiting Melly...
  15. High IQ guy who is actually calling plays at the line himself. Great student of the game, so much so his coaches gave him full autonomy, meaning they trust the kid with their job. Very very accurate deep ball probably the most accurate deep ball in the class certainly more accurate and just as strong as Willis. He's a big enough body to where I've seen him shed defenders. Very good subtle pocket movement to extend plays. Can push the ball down the field with his elite arm. They say this and that but you can't put together the last two seasons he had without getting the ball out and being that accurate. Pundits slobbering over potential is nothing new. Steelers are meeting with Carson today so if the media and the Panthers want to ignore the best combination of armstrength and accuracy in this draft the Steelers, Broncos, and Colts will gladly avail themselves while the Panthers hope on potential and hope Pick It and Willis attain NFL accuracy all of a sudden.
  16. True, but Teddy isn't a deep ball specialist. Besides Teddy is only at 66%, that is barely a starter as far as completion percentage.
