  1. They're going to have to win a few meaningful regular season games before I'm willing to believe things are starting to get on the right path. Way too many losing seasons since the last SB run for me to just blindly trust the team again, especially since Tepper took over.
  2. Yeah. This and the lack of a true starting center are my biggest fears with the Oline.
  3. That remains to be seen and it's too early to tell for me. We don't know how well the line will play, especially without a true starting caliber center on the roster. Will Icky be better at pass pro? Does Moton start falling off? Do the two guards play up to their contracts? The receiver room looks better on paper, but there's questions there. AT is a year older and slower. DJ is evidently inconsistent and has drop issues. Will Mingo be better? Will TMJ finally develop? Will XL contribute well as a rookie? Will Chuba keep playing well? Will whoever backs him up play decently? Does Brooks heal and contribute as a rookie? TE group? Uh... yeah. Still one of the worst TE groups, if not the worst, in the NFL. Hopefully Tremble steps up and Sanders plays well as a rookie. Not holding my breath though. Will Young take a step and show more of what he did in college that made him the #1 pick? Or has he been Carr'd? Then there's DC himself. Can he make adjustments all game long? Can he draw up innovative and good plays? Will he play the best players and not just the vets or his guys? Will he be more than a good public speaker or will he end up another Rhule? All this said, I do hope it's a better situation and not a bad one anymore.
  4. Source To me this reeks of desperation on Disney's part because the phase 4, or whatever phase was the most recent, movies and shows didn't make the money they hoped they would.
  5. He has a particular set of skills acquired over...
  6. The team let go of most of its talent for various reasons and really hasn't replaced it yet despite a multi year rebuild that started under Rhule. The team hasn't had a winning season in years and is coming off a 2 win season. So, yeah, they suck. The GM isn't a great public speaker and doesn't excite people either. What else do you expect?
  7. They need to worry about getting quality starters and backups in place instead of worrying about churning the bottom of the roster. The names may have changed, but it appears the FO's mindset hasn't.
  8. As I stated in another post, the Panthers aren't a smart, well run team.
  9. Not smart, well run teams unless they're set everywhere else and can afford the luxury. And the Panthers aren't that.
  10. Once again, not true. I don't make a single penny off any video I've posted here. But carry one believing what you want
  11. They mean should he be extended now, without ever having played a down. They mention the exploding WR market as the reason for asking this.
  12. I'm sure most people would be happy to have that after all the previous years under Tepper. Five winning seasons in a row plus 4 years of playoffs is a lot better than what the Panthers have done since the last SB appearance.
  13. Not true. If you don't like what I post, don't open the threads, don't read the posts, or put me on block so you don't have to see it.
  14. That was supposed to had been done when Richardson got the money for his improvements a few years ago. But maybe Tepper doesn't think he has to honor the deal Richardson made.
  15. It's not going to need injuries to be at the bottom of the league. It was there last year despite some cherry picked stats showing otherwise. Opposing teams basically scored on the Panthers' D at will. Nothing done this offseason shows me that things will be any different this upcoming season.
  16. I saw that Hurley got a big offer from Kentucky that was worth as much or a million less than the Lakers' offer. He'd have less games, work, and not as many egos to handle if he stayed in college.
