  1. I wouldn't include Bouknight in any trades. I would send PJ though since McDaniels, Oubre, Miles, Richards, Vern, and Jones can all play his same position(s)/role.
  2. Yep. The previous regime thought Cam was good enough to get by with a weak line even when the injuries were starting to mount. The new guys seem to think they're smarter than everyone else and can coach up former first round picks that busted or flopped elsewhere several times as well as thinking versatility was more important than having guys that could do the job well.
  3. I'd rather not see the Panthers Carr a promising young QB. Get the line to the point that they can consistently block 3 or 4 guys(non elite rushers) for about 3 seconds and then go find a QB. Until that happens, you're wasting time treading water.
  4. This is supposed to be a strong Oline, but weak QB draft. The smart move is to play to the draft's strengths and take Oline with that first round pick. Instead of doing the smart thing, I think the Panthers will overdraft a QB so Tepper has something to sell to fans or trade back to recoup some of those spent picks and go with more defense.
  5. Too bad Miles' last shot didn't fall. Still, that was a very good game.
  6. I'm surprised Miles didn't get hit with a foul on that block.
  7. That little spin and midrange jumper has become Hayward's go to shot this season.
  8. I couldn't stand him when he first replaced Uncle Steve. Eric was too loud, but he's grown on me and now I can't picture a Hornets game without him.
  9. JB needs to get the lads to stop leaving guys open at the 3. Clifford still haunts the team yelling "Dig!"
  10. Oubre is a ball stopper at times, but he's found his shot for the most part.
  11. The 3s are falling like crazy. Hopefully the Hornets can stay hot the rest of the game.
  12. That behind the back pass was nasty. It's good to see Miles hit his first two 3s as well.
  13. Doesn't matter who the QB is or who is available until they fix the Oline.
  14. Or he'll go back to the same player he was before his contract year. Odds are he reverts to form instead of playing hard after he gets paid.
  15. The Panthers shouldn't pay him at all. Too many younger and cheaper guys behind him as well as Bouye and possibly Gilmore on a team friendly extension. Let some other team make the mistake of overpaying him for contract year performance.
  16. You guys are forgetting about the possibility of trading for Watson since Tepper is supposed to want him. Trading for him throws another wrench into the cap machine.
  17. The last two weeks haven't change my opinion of Jackson. I've said all season he wasn't worth extending and was only putting the effort in because it was a contract year.
  18. Don't care about his contract negotiation. If they have any common sense, they'll let him walk. Jackson isn't worth a big contract.
  19. Just shows how far in over their heads Rhule and Co are.
