He didn't it at best was under his pad on his stick hand and then hit into the front of the net and in. It wasn't under his glove, he never went after it with his glove hand because of its position and the side of the net it was on. He did exactly what a goalie coach would ask his goalie to do, but the puck was bouncing and he didn't get all of it with his stick. That was done exactly as Paulie would've told him to do for that scenario. If anything you blame Slavin for not hitting the board correctly/ going behind the net and then passing it.

No it wasn't, as a goalie he made the right play trying to knock it out with his stick. He just didn't hit it hard enough since it was still bouncing.

Ignore em, not worth it. I've gone on the record that I didn't like it but could see the reasoning behind picking him. "I didn't like the fit with the current WR's on the roster and thought trading back and grabbing Golden at 14-15 was a better option/fit if going WR." That said Nola will be a beast in the redzone once he can fix his issues with his release and separating from press man defense. His catch radius and football mind against zone will make him a zone merchant right off the bat and if moved around a bit, should allow him to contribute in the redzone as a rookie giving him time to improve his two weaknesses that he can fix.
