  1. Current team record: 3-8 Here's our remaining schedule for the 2024 Football season: SUN 12.1 Bucs at Panthers 4PM SUN 12.8 Panthers at Eagles 1PM SuN 12.15 Cowboys at Panthers 1PM SUN 12.22 Cardinals at Panthers 1PM SUN 12.29 Panthers at Bucs 1PM SUN 1.5 Panthers at Falcons Some things I've noticed about remaining schedule. The next 3/4 games we play are at home. 3/6 of remaining games are divisional games. I think we split with the Buccaneers, beat Falcons, and lose the remaining games to finish 5 -12 this year. BUT any of these games could be had if we played like we did today vs Cheifs for rest of the year (maybe minus the eagles, too much of a talent disparity). If the season ended today, we would be drafting #5 overall. Tankathon has us selecting DT Mason Graham on their auto mock in R1, and selecting Shemar Stewart DE Texas A&M in R2 at #49 overall. So how do you think this season will wrap up?? And bonus question how do you think the off-season might go? Who/what would be your priority #1 this off-season? IMO you go out and get Bryce a #1 WR in free agency. And spend the draft on defense BPAs. Or you could get bese edge rusher you can afford in FA, and just go completely ham on rebuilding defense in draft as well. And just let the young guys grow on offense I guess. There's gonna be some good free agent WRs and DEs this off season.
  2. I tried to make it a point in the opening post that I don't think the offense is a finished product. I think we still need more talent at WR, better play calling, catch more consistently, elimate ridiculous penalties, and they need to be more consistent in scoring points. I'm just saying, they look markedly better than last year imo. They have scored 20 or more in 6 out of 11 games and scored 30 or more in 2 out of 11 games played this year. And the season isn't over yet. And that's particularly notable considering they only mustered 10 points and 3 points in first 2 games of this year and they got blanked on 0 points two games in a row to wrap up last season . I'd say that's a pretty decent improvement. I'm not crowning them and saying we have a top 10 offense or anything. I'm comparing them to themselves in recent history.
  3. What I really learned here is that the Carolina Panthers aren't anywhere near as bad as I initially thought they were earlier this year. We've got a young and growing offense with some promising parts. But it still needs some tweaks and improvements. We really still could still use a dominant #1 WR. But Chubba, Legette, Coker, and J.Sanders have generally looked decent. Bryce took a big leap after the benching. We can score enough points to keep pace with 2x defending super bowl champions, so offense isn't a huge issue. Main thing that needs improvement is defense. We sorely need a CB 2, and a number of new players at Dline and LB. We're not quite as bad at edge with Wonnum showing promise. But we definitely need 1 or 2 more edges Clowney is old. Run D is probably worse prevailing theme these past couple years. We really need a good young stud or two to pair with Derrick Brown and another LB to pair up with Trevin Wallace. If Morgan and Canales can focus on rebuilding the defense this off-season and possibly going out and getting a #1 WR. This team could easily be somewhere around 7-10 to 10-7 and flirting with playoffs in 1 or 2 seasons. Overall this game has made me feel alot more positive about the direction of the team.
  4. Looks like Colorado is toast their defense is incredibly bad.
  5. I don't think he's the main reason why they're getting beat like a drum tonight. The fact that he's been in on so many running plays means Colorados Dline isn't putting up any resistance in the run game. Every run the RBs from Kansas are going untouched to the 2nd of 3rd level every time. Colorados dline is getting washed out completely every run snap Kansas has
  6. Colorados run defense is incredibly bad. It feels like Kansas is averaging over 10 yards per carry lol
  7. Don't the chiefs have the best run D in fhe league??
  8. That is crazy that they released him DURING the season. Wow.
  9. Travis Hunter is ridiculous!!! Crucial catch on 4th down!!
  10. Man Sheddur Sanders already has a lost fumble and an INT before halftime. This year's QB class isn't very good.
  11. Man Sheddur Sanders already has a lost fumble and an INT before halftime. This year's QB class isn't very good.
  12. The weird thing is alot of the teams drafting high aren't going to be the best of organizations. Where does prime WANT him to go to??? Seriously? I'm guessing he wouldn't want the Browns or Panthers for example to draft Sheddur. But what about Tennesee or Jets?? Giants? New York is a big market at least. The Jets have been a dumpster fire for arguably longer than we have. I'm guessing out of all the teams contending for #1 overall, he probably wants Las Vegas Raiders, Dallas Cowboys, or New York Giants. Giants have a ton of talent but shitty qb.
  13. Colorado is so fun to watch man. Sheduer Sanders throws an INT on first play of the game. But Colorado defense limits Utah to only 3 points off the turnover In just the first quarter, Colorado had a long TD pass, a kick return TD, and a crazy INT where a Colorado defender hit a Utah WR as the ball got to him, then the ball careens in the air, and Travis Hunter picks it off.
  14. Legette could be up there near Harrison JR if he caught everything. Dude has got to work on his hands
  15. It may seem like our rookies have fairly low yards. But If you combine the yards for Coker, Legette, and J.Sanders, you get 800 which is more than Neighbors or BTJ. Also Coker is the only UDFA on this list the fact that he's on any kind of top list as UDFA makes him arguably our best move this off season for the price we paid to get him. Slam Dunk off-season by Dan Morgan. Especially if Brooks shows us something this season. We've already seen Trevin Wallace doing some good things. Getting anything out of Smith Wade or Crumedy would be a bonus. Rarely do 5th to 7th Rounders work out. In a sort of strange way that Michigan LB we drafted in the 7th got us a serviceable backup CB in Mike Jackson. So there's that too. Imagine if Morgan has just as good as of an off-season before the 2025 season for the defensive side of the ball.
  16. Dallas for sure. They looks extremely bad. Tampa doesn't have Evans, Goodwin, and now T.Wirfs (OT) is injured. That and playing them twice, being divisional games gives us a chance on those games. We could win up to 3 or even 4 more games if Bryce doesn't turn the ball over and the defense continues to make plays like this past 2 weeks Max record of 7-10 IMO . Which would kinda suck because we'd have shitty draft picks and miss the playoffs and Bryce likely plays out his whole rookie contract. But maybe it would provide some positive momentum into next season. Who knows. Worst place to be in the NFL is in the middle/purgatory zone of winning 4- 9 games. You either want to be bad enough for top 10 picks or good enough for playoff contentention. Being in the middle doesn't help usually.
  17. Im never betting on another jets player for the rest of this year lol Bunch of bums
  18. Dallas TE fumbled the ball!! Cowboys are so bad!
  19. Theyre up so big I doubt they'll even let Barkley back in the game. Too much of a needless injury risk to arguably your best player.
  20. Its going to be fun listening to the media talk about how shitty the Cowboys are
  21. Cooper Rush is fuging horrible I expect Dallas to start Trey Lance their next game. Our game vs the Cowboys could be another win on the schedule. They look beyond bad!!
  22. Cowboys offense looks as bad as ours did in first 2 weeks. Almost nothing but short passes around the LOS
  23. These 4PM games have been so bad that the Red Zone guy keeps showing us highlights from 1PM games instead
