The players seem to be buying into a system which is the main thing because you could have hi Joe Judge situation and have players retire because They fuging hate your guts and your system…or want out because you don’t feel like dealing with urban Meyer BS.

the offense makes me lol you can say “wE hAvEnT bEaTeN tHeM” all you want but that offense is middle of the road. Defense is up there but their best DT and probably lattimore won’t be available for week 2.

Rookie oline take time to adjust these days, dude has all the measurements but technique takes time. People like Whirfs have the benefit of a QB that gets the ball out quickly which makes him look better than he is. Not saying he sucks but it helps a rookie A LOT.

Here’s my thing you get two teams together in a hot day there’s bound to be fights… It seems most of them stemmed from receiver and corner battles… you’re talking about two positions that have alpha male personalities out the wazoo. The thing that made me happy was the scuffle when Christian McCaffrey was tackled to the ground and the Oline stepped up to back him that’s what you’re supposed to do for your team. We can’t sit back and complain this team isn’t tough enough but wonder why our players are being enforcers at some points.

I get that with preseason games but I feel these practices show a lot more overall such as talent and depth.

I’m kinda happy with what’s being put out there…seems like a wash. The Bills straight up dominated us in 2019 and that showed later in the season.

Just goes to show that no matter how much of a good roster you have…sometimes luck plays into winning a super bowl…no reason the Saints don’t have at least 1 nfc title over the last 4 years.
