So Verge you think both Pitts and Chase are higher on the panthers board than Sewell? I knew they were high on Pitts but didn't realize they had Chase ranked over Sewell. I personally would be happy with any of the 3 or Slater but just prefer Sewell.

Well if I’m Scott Fitterer I am on the phone with Marty Hurney and company. I would make that trade 10 out of 10 times if they want to give me there entire draft for #8.

Verge I assume we will have to move up to #2 for Wilson. Are you hearing the Jets are willing to trade back and roll with Darnold? Also, Is your source telling you the panthers prefer Wilson to Fields/Lance?

Thanks for your input. I am not a huge fan of Fields honestly based on what I’ve seen to date. Maybe it’s just me but I would prefer to stay put and take BPA than trade up for Fields or Lance. But, what the hell do I know, I’m no scout .

Verge, what is your take on Fields? Based on your list above I assume you think panthers brass like him better than Lance. Do you feel the same?

While I agree with this to some degree, I am happy that we have an owner willing to fall on his sword giving it the old college try as opposed to riding down the lazy river. As I have always said " At some point you have to take a chance, Columbus did!"
