  1. No, he bought an NFL franchise because (at least in the past) even the worst NFL franchise is a money-printing machine. You fugging act like he did it as a work of love and charity all at his own expense! What a guy! lol That's naivety for you. It would be nice to be able to get to a day in the future though where that isn't the case and where the league needed to be responsive to its customers/fanbase. Doubt it ever happens, but hope springs eternal.
  2. Its been pretty clear since Tepper offered Rhule a legally valid contract (which he signed) that says "You, sir, have full control of my team cuz you were an awesome fry cook!"
  3. But aren't you the one who has said, in this very thread, that he's a "franchise" QB and one of the best QBs in the league? Are you going to deny your statements IN THIS VERY THREAD now?
  4. Yep… not a fan of drafting a rookie QB in 2022. But its a helluva lot better decision than speeding down Overpriced Retread Highway for the 3rd year in a row.
  5. So you’re saying you “don’t know” if you’d give up the #6 pick for a guy who you claim is a franchise QB and one of the best QBs in the league? If he’s absolutely everything you claim he is, trading the #6 overall pick for him is an easy decision. Franchise QBs don’t grow on trees.
  6. Well, we know where Flores landed now. But any thinking previously that a guy like Rhule would hire someone WHO COULD POTENTIALLY REPLACE HIM (like Flores) was just amusing fantasy.
  7. If I were Morgan, I would be taking any move possible to get out from under the Tepper umbrella, even if its a lateral move.
  8. That a-ha moment turns into an oh-poo moment if you had to use wood glue.
  9. There are owners in the NFL, nowhere near as rich as Tepper, that would make Tepper's codsack shrink into his abdomen on sight. Tepper is all talk.
  10. Ahhhhhhhhhh... so he wants to give the direct implication of pressure on Rhule, but he doesn't have the courage to it publicly? Yeah, sounds about right for that douche.
  11. That holding inside the 10 was weak, but every other flag on that last drive was legit. IMO that weak defensive holding call balanced out the missed facemask on the Bengals 75 yd TD.
  12. Larry David commercial, winner of the night.
  13. The Sopranos/Chevy one sucked me in because, well, it was The Sopranos.
  14. Yeah, don’t worry MoRon/Shula, Remmers can handle Miller all by himself!
  15. Its a sad exercise to watch these two teams, how well-coached they are, how talented… And then, in your mind, compare them to the Carolina Panthers.
  16. And, frankly, that applies to 99.999% of humanity, no matter their skin color. If they’re bailing from Tepper/Rhule’s clusterfug? Black, white, or any shade… RESPECT.
  17. This is just flat-out a well below-average QB class in the 2022 Draft and no sane team would spend a Top Ten pick on one. Which is why Pickett should already be pondering his choice of number on his Carolina jersey.
