This isn't good guys. At 25 he's already past his prime. We need to be looking else where.

Never end a sentence with a preposition.

And I laugh at people making this a big deal when everything appears to be back on track. I have heard nothing to the contrary and there is no reason to think this is a problem at this point. In fact everything I have read suggested he is ahead of pace not behind.

Preposition. You ended your sentence with one. Desist.

  The best thing about the pick is he's only 20 and he already checks many of the boxes. He also has the right mentality his personality is a very welcome addition for this team culture. Just have to give him time.
