Here are the 2 blocks. Someone explain to my how Williams is at fault.

Neither one of them are his fault. I cant support these fugers if they're retained. Only a hanful of people point to other things being why we're 3-8-1, but coaching is number 1. Ron Rivera, Mike Shula, Richard Rogers are a joke of their titles

Says alot about DG for him to keep sitting back and approve these cuts.

Also makes you think that Ron isn't going anywhere this offseason since he continue to gets this sort of freedom. We could've used Williams next season.

Not sure why people constantly post Gettlemen has sat back while Ron lobbied for scrubs heading into the season, why Ron is cutting guys now, etc.

Gettlemen isn't Hurney. Hurney knew he had to go with what coaches wanted. He wasn't a football guy. Gettlemen likely thinks he is the smartest guy in the room. Everyone here, coming and going has his thumbprint on it. It ain't just ole Ron running amuck

Gettlemen's plan IMO is to bring Ron and Cam back one more year. Keep working his cap. BOOM.....then he parts with everyone and builds his team from scratch. So they Dave is gonna scapegoat guys too....bc his big move is a year away

      Rods the one who needs to go if they don't win a cup soon, Overall I like the way Tulsky operates, do i wish he had pivoted to several smaller moves instead of going all in on a big acquisition? Obviously.   But RBA is the one I'm locked onto, he is too stuck in his ways and if if "his way" can't get somthing done he just triples down and proves his insanity by trying the same stupid crap over and over, the facebook casuals will be like but but but 8 years in a row making the playoffs.... yes we'll guess what we should have at least a cup to show for it, yes only one team wins every year but this year will be the 8th consecutive year making the playoffs.... heck none of us even get excited about that and haven't in four years minimum.  Our top guys are nearing the peak of their prime the time is now, but the canes seem content to stand pat and "make the playoffs" anther 5-8 years in a row.
