It seems the sky’s the limit for Star-Lord. Hot off the massive success of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Chris Pratt is reportedly being eyed to lead Disney’s revival of the Indiana Jones franchise. More on the possible Chris Pratt Indiana Jones casting after the jump.

Deadline cautions that nothing has been finalized. The studio’s plans for Indiana Jones are still in the very early stages. However, they’ve heard that the studio wants to build a new Indiana Jones franchise around Pratt. He’d be playing the same swashbuckling archaeologist character portrayed by Harrison Ford in the original films.

But that’s not to say Disney hasn’t shown interest in bringing back Indy. The studio finally got the distribution rights back from Paramount in 2013. As of last year Disney CEO Bob Iger said he’d “love” to do more Indiana Jones, but that the studio was concentrating on getting its Star Wars franchise up and running first.

Now he’s got offers flying at him left and right. He’s in talks for Antoine Fuqua’s The Magnificent Seven remake with Denzel Washington, and is attached to lead the Universal comic book adaptation Cowboy Ninja Viking. In addition, he’s set to return for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 in 2017. It’s not a stretch to imagine he’ll be back for more Lego Movies and the inevitable Jurassic World sequel, either.

    • I dont think people realize how hard it is to find a consistent starting QB in the NFL. Byrce will not heart us to a SB but I do think he can manage to get us one or close..go all in on defense and change the Offensive passing game and play calls. I really think our biggest problem is our HC.  Take New Orleans QB for example, switch him and Bryce and I promise you it'll look similar or worse. New Orleans OC is levels ahead of Canales. And as far as the draft goes, in this division with as much rb talent as we face ..the answer...this guy:    Pick up a couple edge rushers in FA along with a corner and plug this guy in Rozeboom's spot. Defense solved. But only if we get a top tier rusher on that dline....jus saying
    • I think I'm going to the game in Los Angeles vs Paraguay, and the England / Croatia game here in Dallas since my mom is British.  For decent seats anywhere in the building(s) it looks like it will be upwards of $7k for the two games.  Insane. Just for perspective, you could buy field level EPL tickets for any one of the top sides in the league, and it would be 10% of the price you'll pay for crappy seats at the World Cup.
    • Meh… I knew this thread would turn into a Bryce/Tua comparison, when they couldn’t be further apart situations.   Dolphins catered there whole offense toward Tua, they brought in a coach that would run a Tua friendly offense, the went in got the best most explosive WR in the NFL and paired him the fastest WR in that years draft. Panthers have done the opposite, they went and got a Pete Carroll disciple who likes to run the ball under center, they drafted big slow WR who got little separation in college. Literally the polar opposite of Bryce’s scouting report coming out of Alabama.   Tua was a decent QB 2 years ago, but the concussions, lack of movement have caught up to him. He never had a great arm to begin with but now since he doesn’t want to get hit he’s taking the whole offense down with him.
