A glimpse into how the team deals with player issues...

Keeping religion out of a topic when the topic was a player who has been clean from pot for 11 months after claiming to find religion.  Religion is a variable to this topic.

I am not a member of that church, I am a Lutheran/former Catholic.  But I also know that at one time or another, all religions have been considered either Paganistic or cultish.  I am not the one to judge what anyone thinks--

If you think his church makes him crazy or unstable and supported Greg Hardy.....

Weed or elevation church.... Hmm idk if those are his only choices.  By the way let's keep religion out of the topic.

I hope he has a monster year and really seems to want to put his all into the team.  I'm all for it.

If the Church keeps him off the weed and he has a monster year, how is religion not part of the topic?

I am not sure this thread, however, addresses how the team deals with player issues.  They got rid of Smitty (some was contractual, but his locker room presence was a concern).   They let Hardy walk.  Why the love for Alexander, who has been in Rivera's doghouse more than not?  Alexander is a lesser player, but he remains on the roster.

Whatever the force that changed him--and football is not always enough to overcome addictions---Gettlemen sees it as a maturational problem and not a cancer to the team.   Why?  What are the factors that gives Gettlemen confidence in him?

Religion could very well be at the core of this issue.  To suggest it is not part of the topic is subjective at the very least.
