Says he's blessed to be on a healthy team

Talked about his community work and how he care less what people think about him, but he cares about his impression on the kids

Said MVP talk is irrelevant, he just wants to win the next game

Said playing on Thanksgiving is a dream come true as he used to watch thanksgiving football as a kid. He's trying to get the W

So I sat around after the game last night and waited, waited and waited, and when I was done waiting I waited some more. At some point you just can't wait anymore, but no not iBBB. I waited even more. And after waiting was no longer the obvious choice, I waited again. And then all of the sudden I said fug this and went to sleep.

I guess i didn't miss much.

    • You are right. At the same time I don’t think people are watching games going come on Bryce put it on the ground or sail it OB or whatever. They just have trouble seeing him turning his 3 or four or five top games of 2025 into the weekly standard outing. Which you expect for the kind of money he will ask for (speaking for myself anyway).
    • In terms of comparing Pickett and Young's arm talent it's basically a push at best. Pickett is sitting at 6.2 yards per pass attempt for his career while Bryce sits at 6.0 Last season Bryce was 6.3 in yards per pass attempt. Only Justin Fields Spencer Rattler (both 6.2) Kyler Murray (6.0) 41 year old Joe Flacco (6.0) 44 year old Phillip Rivers (5.9) rookie Cam Ward (5.9) and Tyrod Taylor (5.8) had less pass yards per attempt than Bryce Young in his third season as a starter. Folks going around acting as if it is beyond the pale to say Pickett might have a better arm than Young are living in an alternate reality. You can choose to not believe your own eyes after 46 games but everyone else will acknowledge reality and move forward accordingly.
    • Wayne Gretzky yesterday said he is playing as good a series as he has ever seen from a defender. I thought that was pretty high praise.
