Too lazy to come up for this game. TGIF is across the street from me, but once playoff starts I'll come anywhere. I'm planning to drive up to the bay for the SB too of course

I can count on one hand how many Panthers fans I've met here.  I moved years ago and am originally from NC.  I'm also a graduate of UNCC.  Recently with the success of the team I guess people (strangers) automatically assume bandwagon status.  I mean just last year the town was completely saturated with Seahawks fans.

One of the top LA radio shows has talked Panther football in a major way for years. First the Marka and Brian show which is no longer and now the Mark in the Morning show. Back in 2011 I made a thread on the phenomenon:

Mark Thompson lives on Lake Norman and is a season ticket holder and does most of his shows remote from his studio at his house.

I believe this may have a lot to do with people's familiarity with the Panthers in LA.

Just looked at the local Fox schedule and they're showing my game again!! just like aints last week and skins two weeks ago. Haven't left my place to watch us since the Titans game. Yup, we've arrived

Yep, too damned many Packer and Cowboy games shown on the West Coast in the past. Blecch.

Watching the game in Hollywood across the street from the Star Wars premier. The force is strong with the Panthers.
