Fans tend to be ready to bench/cut/fire everybody after a single mistake or lost game. Thankfully, our team leadership knows better than we do.

Of course, if there's anyone who would like to follow an organization that runs its team the way fans would run it, there's plenty of room on the Cleveland Browns bandwagon.
