Sad, but my expectations have been all the way lowered. Was talking about a possible super bowl return, potential dynasty, and both our offense and defense being top 5. While all that can still happen, I doubt it, and I'd just like to have back to back winning seasons. For all the bad talk about Hurney & how he wasn't able to build a team to accomplish that, so far Gettleman hasn't been able to do that either. We're still the same mediocre, inconsistent team that we were under Hurney so far. Have a winning season, then follow that with a disappointing season. 

To answer your question, though, I don't agree with Bene being cut and I feel he wasn't put in a fair situation. But, if you're going to cut him for performance reasons, then Tolbert & Remmers should've been gone.

I just hope our team is not as down as our fan base. It's only game 5 folks. Winning in the NFL is hard. Our team (unfortunately) has yet to find itself. When they do, we will be ok. Let's just hope it is sooner rather than later.

He ruined 2014 the same way. People like to forget about that because of the 7-8-1 division title.

He comes up with these half baked experimental position changes that have rarely if ever worked for any team in history and expects it to work for the Panthers.

What? What experimental position change has he done in 2014 and today?
