Free Agency is a crap shoot, especially the high price ones. 

Plus you know Gettleman hasn't pursued after High Price free agents in his time here why would he change that this off season after a Super Bowl appearance? 

Also consider the fact that the Panthers had $14M tied up to Josh Norman during the Free Agency period. What free agent that could have helped was still unsigned a week before the draft?
