It can go either way.

But given who's making the decision in this case, I'd say the safe money is on the wrong choice being made one way or another.

Highly likely. They took DE Courtney Brown out of Penn State back in 2000. He was supposed to be the next Reggie White. Some thought Lavar Arrington was just a product of playing behind him. Uh... wrong.
