If Ron Rivera won't fire Mike Shula, then fire Ron Rivera

I am so, so done with this team's incompetence at the OC position resulting in no change. It has been a necessary and consistent demand for some time now.

Throwing three straight deep balls when you're trying to run some clock and put it in the end zone to win?

Run Cam all game on idiotic QB sweeps and then completely ignoring the prospect of QB Draw on 3rd and 4th and 1?

Every single thing this offense does happens in a vacuum. There is no dedicated rhythm to what we do. Each play is an isolated choice picked in the moment based on what Shula thinks is best then and there. Did anybody audibly laugh as I did when Romo recommended we quickly get to the line and snap the ball on a quick run? This offense hasn't possessed that kind of sophistication and efficiency since the day Shula took the helm. Shula is still picking his play at this point.

Fire him. Right now. I do not care about any alleged excuses. If Ron wants to make one, then fire Ron as well. L-O--L at the end of half hail Mary when you had a kick within your man's range.

The franchise can ignore this issue no longer. Make the necessary maneuvers to salvage this team, or blow it up entirely. Those are your options.

"mike really has a great family pedigree for the sport" isn't one anymore.

    • Don't have to be miss cleo. His weakness are length, athleticism, creating his own shot, defense, finishing at the rim,  Strengths - shooting and IQ.   Likely won't work as non athletic shooters don't typically work.

    • I live in Indiana and took a trip that weekend to watch my two friend's teams play (Chiefs and Vikings) IN Minnesota when they were playing at a college field, I think TCF? Anyways, our plan was to watch the game (noon game) then do some shopping at the Mall of America, I wasn't planning on watching the Panthers play Seattle since I was out sight seeing and walking around after the noon game had ended. By the time we were walking back into the Mall the Panthers were down by 2 scores in the 4th or going into the 4th and we were all thirsty from walking around for 2.5 hours after the Vikings game so we decided to postpone shopping until after we ate. We found this nice little sports bar inside the mall that had the game on. Man, I'm so glad we skipped shopping because that was probably the most excited I've been in some time for a win. Beating Seattle in 2015 felt like the "monkey off the back" sort of feeling and I knew we had finally arrived as a team. The entire bar erupted when Cam hit Olsen for that walk off TD. Literally one of the greatest moments of my life. My friend wasn't so happy though lol, by the time the Panthers game ended ALL of the stores inside the mall had closed and he wasn't able to get any souvenirs. It was his first time watching a Vikings game live and making a trip like that so he was legit upset lol. I on the other hand couldn't have been happier.
