Three things in particular that I think people should pay attention to in this video.

The first is his discussion about how progressions don't have to be overly complicated to be effective (around 0:25).

The second is when he talks about what he regrets about his Chargers tenure. What makes it even better is Rivers "I can't believe he's saying this out loud" face as he subtly nods in agreement (around 1:54).

Number three is that he mentions he's been talking and keeping up with Ron Rivera about what he's doing in Carolina.  That confirms, at the very least, that they've been in contact and discussed the team, which is reasonable given their friendship (around 3:24).

Also great is Jim Harbaugh's statement that his goal in life was to play football, coach and die

I think the part that sticks out to me from this video is the part where he is talking with Rivers. He shares his regret, and it seemed genuine,  about not placing pieces around him to help him be successful. He already has my vote based on that.

Also loved the line about coming in in the morning and checking to see if certain guys were hung over
