Honestly, the smartest move would probably be to put him in charge of the PR department. That's where he actually excels.

Put him there and keep him away from the football decisions.

I just think that he would be able to add some good input as far as 1st round picks, then for every other round, they do the opposite of what he says.

Good thoughts.  Like what he said about surrounding himself with "the right people in the right places".  makes me think he'd look hard at the whole organization (wonder if Beane might have clued him in a little on that front).
