Probably not.  This is why I am very pro Tepper.  A business owner from Charleston, and out of town group/individual may be hesitant to immediately rock the boat day 1.  Tepper is a current owner and has years of experience under his belt of how an excellent organization runs.  He may actually bring in the candidate with him.  That is why I am rooting so hard for Tepper.  I don't want a new group with strange internal eccentricities that allow Hurney or a similar replacement to exist. I want a winner that is ruthless and everyone is looking over there shoulder.

That'd definitely be a huge culture shock to people used to working under Richardson.
