Julius Peppers is questionable upon his release from an area jail.He was reportedly filed as a missing person by Jon Beason,and was picked up by the local sheriff's department when they saw someone jay walking at a very slow pace.As soon as they can prove he is worth a million dollars a week,they will release him!
