I tried to ensure every one of them near me had an unpleasant experience.

Seriously the guy behind me in a ratty Cowboys shirt had the nerve to ask me to sit down on the opening series on defense. I told him I had had these tickets for 12 years, but to do him a solid, I would sit down when the Panthers were on offense so he could see lol

He then told me he was a season ticket owner too (??!!) like that should mean something. I told him if he was a season ticket owner he should like the fact people were making noise on defense.

He said it was just that these weren't his normal seats and he had paid a lot of money for them and the Cowboys were his first team and deserved to get to see the game, I guess at his convenience.

I told him he made a poor investment and should strongly consider staying home next time if he wasn't going to cheer on the correct team. However, I did say it calmly and matter of factly.

And then proceeded to obscure his view as much as possible when the Cowboys were on offense for the rest of the game.

Fug all of them. Hope they spent a small fortune and left broke and disappointed. They ought to be used to that by now.

This anecdote makes you sound like a miserable person. It's just a game. Being a prick to opposing fans doesn't make you a better Panthers fan.

I was lucky, we got my wife's company tickets so we were in the lower bowl. Everyone down there is pretty tame. There were a few Cowboys fans, but nothing too crazy. The tide is turning as far as being outnumbered in our own stadium by large fandoms.

We sat next to a father and son. The father was a Cowboys fan and his son was a Panthers fan. The father was pretty tame, but the one unforgivable thing he did was making his son leave before the Panthers took the victory formation. His son pleaded with him to let him stay until the end, which would have been maybe five more minutes, and the father was adamant that they were leaving NOW. I told him doing that was pretty messed up and he just smiled. Poor kid.
