Soccer and basketball players might be well conditioned to run but that is just one aspect of athletic. Compared to a decathlon athlete, or a free climber neither soccer or basketball players are that athletic.  Secondly being athletic is only one aspect of success and applies to those sports that require it. How many guys that were Hall of famers in other sports like Deon Sanders and Michael Jordan became great in baseball? And do you think Michael Jordan doesn't have amazing hand to eye coordination ?  There are so many options for competing because athletes come in all shapes and sizes. You see lots of fat folks in shooting sports when we are talking shooting sheet or trap. But how about the Olympic biathlon event combine Alpine skiiing and shooting. I doubt most soccer and basketball players could even qualify for a preliminary even with training.

      In a lot of ways it makes sense to just draft a tackle early so they have flexibility with icky's injury and Motons not getting younger. I'd love for them to resign BC cause to me he looks pretty good anywhere they put him

      Rods the one who needs to go if they don't win a cup soon, Overall I like the way Tulsky operates, do i wish he had pivoted to several smaller moves instead of going all in on a big acquisition? Obviously.   But RBA is the one I'm locked onto, he is too stuck in his ways and if if "his way" can't get somthing done he just triples down and proves his insanity by trying the same stupid crap over and over, the facebook casuals will be like but but but 8 years in a row making the playoffs.... yes we'll guess what we should have at least a cup to show for it, yes only one team wins every year but this year will be the 8th consecutive year making the playoffs.... heck none of us even get excited about that and haven't in four years minimum.  Our top guys are nearing the peak of their prime the time is now, but the canes seem content to stand pat and "make the playoffs" anther 5-8 years in a row.

      #Panthers TE Tommy Tremble has a $2 million guarantee that is triggered today at 4 p.m. I don’t expect any movement there, fwiw. Tremble is due a $3.67 million base salary this season.
