Has any NFL MVP ever not made the Hall of Fame?

Additional question;  how different is our legacy as a franchise if the Patriots were not allowed to illegally tape us?   We had the most talented and best team in 2003-2004, and were still a breath away from beating a team that was blatantly cheating.  Think about how much better we were than the Patriots if they only won by 3 points knowing all of our plays.

Jordan Gross and Julius Peppers had a lot to do with it.

Mike Shula and refs cheated us out of the second one. (Said it)

So that's 0 Super Bowls we've won, as a small market expansion team. (25 years old and needs to get serious about its future)

Don't see how anything was different about this post and mine, 0 Super Bowls with both cheating/bad coaching (which is a surrounding talent thing).  (You didn't read it good)
