Frankly I feel it's the scheme. Our passing game is very archaic and generally does nothing to generate favorable match-ups. Who is responsible for the scheme? The HC. Who is responsible for hiring someone who shares his philosophy? The HC.

The scheme is out dated, meaning BOTH Fox and Davidson need to develop quickly to retain their jobs.

Oh and a word of advice. Do not call the entire board 'idiots' as you may find few people bothing to pay you any attention. Idiot.

For the past several years, everyone wanted Henning's head on a platter becasue of the play calling. He ran on 3rd down, he played for field position and FG's, etc...

Now, he is in Miami and has designed one of the most creative offenses in the league.

We bring in a new OC and what to we have? The exact offense we had with Henning.

The common denominator is Fox and Fox alone. Regardless of what this team dows for the next 4 games, Fox must be gone......or else he will trot out the same old crap next season, including having Jake as our starting QB.
