Nice to meet you...hi we are the Panther's offense.:banghead:

Matt Moore really timed the screen game really well and did not look so flaky like a certain Cajun QB. That is a seemingly simple play that could be John Fox's next signature play.....1. Half Back Draw and 1A. Half back screen!!

this ragin cajun?

im still trying to figure out why we dont run more screens and get our backs into some open space and let them do what they do.....would be another great dimension to add to our offense FINALLY!! thats if they continue to do it...

We always tried, but Jake is terrible at selling anything. Play actions that Jake does look pathetic and predictable. Screen is no different, you have to really sell like you're going to be passing and Jake never did that, he would start looking right away if the person for the screen would be open or not.

    • You can't keep around a former #1 pick as the backup to his replacement because he wasn't good enough. I think he has two career paths he can take.   The first is as that guy who signs with a new team every year to be the gap starter and/or backup depending on that team's situation.  Think guys like Jameis, Wilson, Brissett the last few years, as he'll be a game manager for them while they try to re-build the roster. The other is as a really good long term backup QB for one team.  He's smart and will make for a great addition to the QB room in film study and game prep.  He won't be a stud replacement if the starter goes down, but he'd be better than most other backups and you know he'll be ready to play when called upon.
    • This is really an offseason topic, but its better than talking in circles about Bryce
