Panthers classic games

I tried my first forray into tape trading about a week ago. Most of the e-mails were broken. I did get a response by the guy said he quit a long time ago. Most people will only trade games if you have what they want which is tapes from FOREVER ago like in the 70s.

From what I've gathered we're just too young and small a franchise right now to have that kind of community. Most of our diehard fans aren't even born yet. I feel like we could organize it if the forum rules allow it.

It's just out luck that they have all the games except one of the best playoff games ever.

Hey Hawk, look at the top game on that list. Know why it's significant? Rams held the Seahawks to an NFL record -7 yards of total offense in that game.

Think of the possible library for Panthers fans...

are they digital?

I only have games from 08 and 09 but not every single one. I deleted a lot of the losses and somehow lost a lot of the early ones in 08. I have all of the matt moore era in 09 I'm pretty sure.

I don't have NFL network so it would be nice to watch some of the 03 games. And 05.

It's a shame that the bucs-panthers game won't really be remembered as an epic game. The atmosphere was amazing. Nobody at school watched the panthers but we would have a lot of people over for MNF. It was great for me to finally be able to talk panthers with people after hearing about every other team. Hopefully we can have one of those games again.

Sorth

A lot of the Rams games are youtube. What do you mean you have to trade to get them? Shouldn't those games already be on youtube? There are a lot of 99 and 01 Rams games, so why shouldn't 03 Panthers games be available?

I'll check but that list below the standings didn't have it so i figured it wasn't there. There used to be a really active tape trading community of football fans but it seems like it's died out once everybody got what they wanted. Some of these guys have catalogs of entire NFL seasons dating back 20 years including NFL specials and a whole bunch of rare stuff it's insane. I'm not a collecter but I thought it would be a good way to try and get some panthers games.

I checked his channel they're not there.

damn i just realized how bad the rams have been the last 3 years. They really haven't even been decent since 2004. They've only one 6 games since 2007.

PF 670 PA 1339, they're negative 699 in point diferential.

They're coming off the worst three-year run in NFL history. Not Ram history. NFL history. Here's the silver lining....we got Howie Long's kid at DE, some big white Cornhusker at DT/DE and now Nmadongadingdong Suh at DT because of it. We could have the next Fearsome Foursome. I think Leonard Little is leaving but we could sign someone else....maybe Julius?

    • Don't forget the young TEs, Coker, Etienne, and Jimmy Horn Jr! 😮 I'm amped to see how the team develops over the course of this upcoming season.
    • She must be doing tricks on that thang for Bill
    • No, the casual fan gets sucked into THIS^^^ kind of thinking, and it's so woefully incorrect that it's almost sad. The first is what I've said numerous times, NOTHING about non guaranteed contracts save the billionaire owners a single penny, because they still have to spend their cap floor, and the only reason teams ever don't spend the full limit, is to then roll it over into the next season to be able to spend more that year. But in the end, owners pay the same amount of money no matter what. The reverse is also the same, that the players in totality make the same amount of money as well, because in your example of Clowney not getting that money this year, it will go to another player, as the cap needs to be spent. And you say how we just cut Clowney after we gave him the 2 year contract, but everyone including Clowney's agent and himself, knew when it was signed, that it was more likely to be a 1 year contract than a 2 with how it was structured.  The 2nd year was just to be able to spread out the cap hit and he was always most likely going to end up getting traded or cut. It's why agents and players don't care about the total money in a contract, it's always and only been about the guaranteed money, as the years and overall value are meaningless, always have been, always will be.
