expansion in '95 isn't even close to what happened in '67. In '95 the Panthers had picks, the expansion draft, free agency, trade were not rare, etc. In 1967 the NFL handed you a bunch of old cripples and drunks and gave you a few picks. Not even close to comparable. Not to mention our owner back then was one of the worst in NFL history, poo, he hired an astronaut as GM.
