Good shoe for workin out?

Mesmer

Recommended Posts

Hey my shoes suck and I'm gonna buy some new ones tomorrow. I do a lot of running but I don't think I want running shoes because I want to use them for other work out stuffs that requires lateral movement.

So I'm thinking cross trainers? Nike Shox, Reebok came out with those zig things? What's good? What sucks? Looking to spend 100-200

the new nike shox are fantastic, so are the zig techs. i bought both and they were well worth it. i would prefer the shox because they are a little more casual.

also the quality of the zig techs arent that great.

Thanks guys, but this isn't really helping as those are the two shoes I'm debating on lol. I guess I'll have to go try them on and see what feels good.

Also want to make sure if there's anything I should avoid at all costs. And what do mean by the nikes being more casual?

I swear by Mizuno's.

My rugby cleats were Mizuno and now I am walking/jogging again they have great support. (Dynaflex ftw) I have my Wave Inspire 6 to workout and bball in and my Musha's will be for me to run(more walking than runningO in. New Balances are garbage for working out. Nike's are too narrow. Addidas are the only other one's I'd even consider.

I own these (Wave inspire 6)

and these are being delivered to me today (Musha 2)

I would recommend going to the store and trying on any pair that you think might be a feasible option. When I went to buy mine, I was there for probably an hour or more trying on different shoes and walking around in them. I got the Zigs because they were very light, and each step feels like you are walking on pillow tops. It's very smooth, even when I sprint in them. It's really just about personal preference.

    • TMac is a good player and would've been the right pick if our QB could throw a ball farther than 40 yards. For this team's current build (run first, game management passing attack) and the fact that our TE's are laughably bad - the five on our roster have combined for less than 600 yards total, with 3 TDs - Warren should've been the pick.
    • If anyone feels like they can't have a conversation about Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career maybe assess why and how these conversations end this way instead of looking to shoot the messenger. Why is it okay to label anyone else on the team or coaching staff trash? Folks on the huddle and across the fanbase on social media have fully thrown anyone and everyone including rookie 8th overall pick TMac fully under the bus multiple times this season. But some of you guys apparently expect a pat on the back because Bryce Young successfully evaded a few potential sacks while Tyler Shough got consumed by our pass rush throughout the game and still had a superior performance. The state of this division is hilariously mediocre at best. Bryce Young is the only player on this roster who is allowed to have the lowest bar possible yet we have invested the most resources in him. It's lunacy.
