This could have been a damn good game the way the teams are playing tonight.... But the refs stole the show tonight.... I have never seen finals officiating like this. This is poor and inexcusable. Just don't calls fouls you don't see!!! It's that simple. Stop guessing and making up calls.

The Refs sucked game 1 as well. Some of the calls on the Allen's were horse poo.

But, what fun would it be if the Lakers were up 2-zip?

This series will build slowly to a game 7 orgasm when the Refs will swallow their whistles.

By the way, anyone seen Lamar Odom?

I was talking about his entire game as a whole not the 2 minute stretch you are talking about....and tell me again why Kobe deserved the two bogus calls???

The same reason the whole Celtic front line got bullshit calls all day! The same reason Sheldon Williams had to enter the game because perkins, wallace, davis, garnett were all in foul trouble. The same reason the lakers shot a bazillion free throws. The same reason the refs got almost every call wrong tonight... It even stretches to Kobe Byrant. All calls tonight has been equally bullshit for the most part. No team discrimination.

I would agree but it's a much greater effect on the game when you take Kobe out then when you take KG out when he's playing terrible anyway....

But what do you expect??? My point is the refs had been making horrible calls all around tonight... So how would they just start making good ones when it comes to Kobe??

Oh I'm not saying I'm shocked the calls were made just that they were terrible calls and had a huge effect on the outcome of the game. If Kobe had been able to play his normal 40-42 minutes a game the Lakers more than likely win....

I agree...

The refs made horrible calls against both teams. Laker fans can't put this loss on the refs. Just like Celtic fans can't blame the game 1 loss on the refs.

So I guess you are certain if Kobe is able to play his usual minutes tonight then the Lakers would still have lost....

But you can say that with anything tonight.... If the celtics bigs didn't get in foul trouble in the 2nd would the Lakers have even made that run to close the gap??? The celtics had momentum, especially with ray ray going crazy... then the fouls, then the Lakers were able to get back in the game. I can say at the rate before the fouls we could have been looking at a 20 point lead instead of 6. You can't just pick out a couple of the million fouls and say what if..... Just my opinion on the matter.

Oh I agree and of course hindsight is 20-20 but I will stand by my opinion that without the BS fouls on Kobe the game would have played out differently....would L.A. have won? Maybe not, but they very well would have had a much better chance to....

See, two can play that game.

Uhh KG was playing absolutely terribly all night, the only big that is honestly an impact player for the Celts thus far is Perkins...

      Losing Necas would be worse than a majority of Canes fans think.  When he's on he controls the puck with speed and gains zone entry so well, he is still young.  He should be considered part of our core.

      Raym is like bozeman, based on what I read--lacks the lateral quickness he needs--however, he is supposed to be a beast / bully when he engages. I was watching Popo a bit, and he is a perfect PS developmental 3-4 DE. Coker should make the roster because if we put him on the PS, another team will take him.
