its a odd deal(suing a company you want to remain at). i hate lawyers with a passion for the record, but if you have to ask......its best to at the very least talk to one.

i'd have a hard time employing someone sueing me. lets see...do the old IBM trick and go plant some weed ashes in your car, bu-bye.

imo(dont take cause i have morals) talk it out with the right people who are making the decision. ie dont get a in middleman he/she said deal. and solve the dark cloud as fast as possible.
