Goatwhore's last album was awesome, plus they have Acid Bath's guitarist. I'd rather see them in a club, and I think they played Milestone recently.

Kataklysm is ok.

The last album was very high energy and I can recommend it. Anything else by Goatwhore, not so much. Avoid it unless you're reaaaaaally into this scene:

fug yeah.

Worst lineup ever. :(

My son enjoyed it for the most part. Here's some of the things he said last night when he got home.

3 Inches of Blood - Missed - still tailgating

In This Moment - Didn't say anything except "the chick screams like a dude"

Norma Jean - Nothing said

Atreyu - "Sucked"

Winds of Plague - Nothing said

Gollum - Nothing said

Shadows Fall - "Amazing"

Chimaira - Nothing said

Hatebreed - Nothing said

Big Jay - Nothing said

Five Finger Death Punch - "Meh"

Oompa Loompa - Nothing said

Lamb of God - "Motherfuging Amazing" "Got in the pit" (Yes, he was pumped. MF slipped out several times.lol)

Big Jay - Nothing said

Rob Zombie - "Amazing" "He's old as hell" "High energy"

Korn - "Disappointed" "We left after a couple of songs" "Wasn't impressed"

Metal Mulisha - Too hot for them to really do anything. Ty said they only did a couple of tricks; a whip and a backflip.

Rob Zombie did a meet and greet, but you had to buy the cd. Ty was more worried about buying water, so didn't spend the money. He said he could have met some of the bands playing on the side stages, but "didn't feel like it". I told him to take his hair out of the tail, and ask one of the guys he was with for some money (guy was drunk, so he'd have thought it was a chick. Ty's still pissed at me.

I'm sure he'll correct me if I got any of it wrong. He did say one guy got his leg broke in the pit. I found out this morning that one of they guys he went with somehow broke his hand.

    • I don't necessarily think he will be moved, I would currently be leaning against that notion. I think a lot will depend on the coaching situation. Carroll certainly can't be thinking about wanting to go through a serious strip down and overhaul, so the longer he plans to remain, the less likely I think Crosby gets moved.
    • I think everyone says Mike Evans because of size, but really they have different strengths and play styles.  Tmac is better on intermediate routes and not nearly as good at contested catches.
    • At this point, it is criminal to go into the 2026 training camp/OTA's with XL penciled in as a #2 WR. The team must upgrade, either through free agency or the draft. If he cannot give 100% effort on significantly less snaps as a #4-6 WR(players like Tremayne have done that consistently) then I don't think you have a player worth rostering beyond the trade deadline. Offensively, we eventually have to upgrade to an NFL starting caliber C. It's been almost the length of time from Gross to Ikey since Kalil retired and we have below average to terrible C play. Love Mays as a BC-esque utility backup but he will never be an above average long term starting C.  The TE room is one of the worst in the NFL but it's a low usage position in this offense, so the investments are likely to be small, if any. I would never expect to see an elite TE in a Dave Canales offense. 100% agree on OL depth. We actually aren't bad there but BC will be gone, Mays is a UFA, Corbett is a UFA and Zavala has been both injured and bad. We have to bolster that depth again or resign guys like Mays and Corbett to keep that depth somewhat stable.
