And take a benadryl and rub some cortisone cream on it. Poison Ivy oils are freaking your allergen system out and as you keep getting exposed, your body gets even "better" at recognizing it and fighting it. By the way...that's bad. The more efficient your body thinks it can fight it...the worse the rash gets. Ivy doesn't affect me...but sumac does and just keeping the area cool, take benadryl, and a little cortisone seems to do the trick...but the key thing is time. If you think it's dangerously spread...talk to your doctor....he might put you on some steroid of some sort.
