How to train for beerfest

I'm going to a friend of mine's beerfest sunday. I didn't think I was going to be able to make it but my plans just changed yesterday. If you've ever seen the movie, well it's like that. They have a large outdoor park space rented out, about 80 confirmed guests at this point.

The format: All participants are divided into 4 teams, and then team captains decide who participates in what events. In addition to the traditional events there is also a contest to see which team can consume the most beer throughout day.

My situation: I drink a ton. So I'm not worried about being able to drink bucket fulls of beer. My concern is chugging. I don't engage in very much competitive drinking since I left college and I've never been one to be able to chug a beer very quickly (without the aid of a beerbong or shotgunning).

In short, I have two nights to train for Saturday. How do I go about increasing my beer chugging speed? I just downed the first beer of the night. It took me 12 seconds. Drank half (the coldness and carbonation forced me to take a breath) and then downed the second half.

Bottles are easier to chug than cans in my opinion. Just act as if the neck of the bottle is like the tube of a beerbong. Relax the throat and just gulp away. No homo.

Format for Saturday is going to be plastic cups. So i'm drinking out of Solos. And in case you aren't joking: What you said would never work because there would be no way for air to get into the bottle. You would have to leave the side of your mouth open.

    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
    • 1.) LaMelo 2.) Kon 3.} Miller 4.. Giannis 5.) Moose   1.) Coby 2.) ? 3.) Sion 4.) Miles Bridges 5.) Kalk That squad would win multiple chips.
