Live and Die By the Young QB

What happens when a guy that has been with a professional team for the last 4 years as a 4th string backup, 3rd string backup, 2nd string backup, Starter, and clip holder and has been with the teams through IR and divisional playoffs... LOOKS equally as efficient as a guy who has been zooming passes by 19 year olds?

I really thank Matt Moore for all he has done in his brief starting stint with the franchise. I would shake his hand, and hope he manages his 3 million dollar salary well, but Matt, your time is up. No way a rookie QB can look as efficient (in average terms) as you. He has room to grow, you have been here for four years.

Panthers are going to live by the young QB and die by the Young QB, not the 4 year NFL "Veteran".

    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
